PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via paypal.
We deliver worldwide but all items sent are via International Signed For or AirSure services. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we do dispatch all items within 48 hours maximum.
REGISTRATION - PLEASE READ
PLEASE NOTE – IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GIVE A FULL AND COMPLETE ADDRESS. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO AND YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED TO US UNDELIVERED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL POSTAGE COSTS TO RESEND. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO THEN WE WILL EITHER HOLD YOUR ITEM UNTIL ADDITIONAL POSTAGE IS PAID OR REFUND COST OF ITEMS ONLY EXCLUDING ANY SHIPPING COST PAID. IF YOUR ORDER RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING DUE TO THE VALUE THEN WE WILL DEDUCT THE POSTAGE COST FROM ANY REFUND.
IN ADDITION WE ALSO REQUEST THAT ANY EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN TO THE SITE IS VALID IN CASE OF ANY ISSUES WE MAY NEED TO CONTACT YOU ABOUT.
IF THE EMAIL DOES NOT SEND UPON REGISTRATION YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY.
IF WE EMAIL YOU AND THE EMAIL RETURNS DUE TO AN INVALID ADDRESS FOR ANY REASON THEN YOUR ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED AND FUTURE ORDERS BLOCKED.
POSTAGE & PACKING CHARGES
All items purchased will be delivered via Royal Mail. We can also send via Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery if requested. Postage costs can be found under Shipping Information on the home page of the site. All orders over £20 will receive free delivery and all items over £50 will be sent via Special Delivery again free of charge.
If you are under 18 please get permission from your parent guardian before placing any orders. All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the “Add to Basket” button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button “Order Now”, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our own discretion –
ORDERS FROM KNOWN SELLERS OR SUSPECTED SELLERS (INCLUDING THOSE SELLING AUTOGRAPHED CARDS) WILL BE REJECTED DUE TO CHERRY-PICKING OF ITEMS BY CERTAIN SELLERS RUINING IT FOR ALL.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY ITEMS PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECT AND WE WILL IF WE CAN HELP OUT. OTHER CUSTOMERS PURCHASING MULTIPLES OF ITEMS (ie over 2 of an individual item, THERE MAY BE TIMES WHERE WE RESTRICT ORDERS TO 1 PER PERSON (THIS INCLUDES CUSTOMERS RE-ORDERING SAME CARDS) MAY SEE ORDER REDUCED, THIS IS SO WE CAN SUPPLY AS MANY CUSTOMERS AS POSSIBLE AS WE DO SUPPLY A NUMBER OF AUTOGRAPH COLLECTORS AND WISH TO BE AS FAIR AS POSSIBLE TO AS MANY AS POSSIBLE. ANYONE WHO IMMEDIATELY ADDS 3 OR MORE OF A CARD TO THEIR BASKET MAY SEE ORDER AUTOMATICALLY REDUCED AND THEIR ACCOUNT BLOCKED.
THIS APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS FROM ANY ONE CUSTOMER AND INCLUDES ORDERS MADE BY OTHERS ON YOUR BEHALF, ie: CUSTOMERS WHO CONSTANTLY ORDER MORE THAN 1 OF EACH CARD WILL SEE ORDER LIMITED TO 1 OF A CARD ONLY AND IF A CUSTOMER REPEATEDLY ORDERS THE SAME CARDS THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND IF CUSTOMER IGNORES OUR REQUEST THEY WILL BE BLOCKED FROM USING OUR WEBSITE AND IN SOME CASES ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
Please note: Any refunds with the exception of out of stock items, excess shipping etc will be £1 less than the actual amount due to Paypal fees which we are charged and do not get refunded by Paypal.
Any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied should be made emailed to us, a phone number will be supplied upon request.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
